Changed Your Mind?
If you have changed your mind about your LUMI purchase, you have 30 days from delivery of purchase to return your item at no cost for a full refund, providing all the original components are returned and the packaging and product are not at all damaged.
All items are inspected on return. If an item is returned to us damaged or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund.

Faulty Product?
If you believe your LUMI product has arrived faulty or become faulty over time due to a manufacturing fault, you have 180 days from delivery of purchase to return your item for a full refund.
In order to receive a refund for the item, the item will need to be returned to ourselves.
